After the diffusion at the Lorient Interceltic Festival, Brittany has decided to put Madeleine on the front stage again … We just learn that, it’s official, her short film Disoñjal is selected at the European short film festival in Brest !
Her movie has conquered the heart of the judges and will know how to conquer the viewers sensibility !
So,it’s with a great pleasure that Madeleine, the All in One Production and Abordages Films team will be present at Brest from the 8th to the 13th of November to vibrate with you during this world premiere.
The Director
Breton author / director, Madeleine Guillo-Leal has written two short film and is developing a feature film and serie project. Her writting work asks the identity and generationa transmission question. She also is 1st assistant director and charges of casting on set.
«I was raised in Breton by my parents. I belong to this generation that was able to speak this language, without shame, at home and in the schoolyard. Who did not have to be ashamed of its regional bilingualism nor of its roots. A generation, however, that continues to feel the weight of the shame passed on to our grandparents.
