Ava, a lonely young black woman in ballet studios, no longer believes that she will find her place in a world that seems to reject her despite her relentless practice.
Her twin sister Gabi has chosen to give up ballet. She opens the doors to an alternative universe, full of bright neon colours, rhinestones and sequins: voguing.
